I have worked with Jason several times in the past and always find him very professional / polite / and communicates very well. He always lets me know what work is being done and if he see's anything else that may need repair. Never trys to sell me something I don't need. I trust him to work on my Jeep.

Since I purchased my tires from Tire Kingdom, I go there for regular tire maintenance. For convenience, I also had an oil and filter change this visit. Always convenient and courteous service.

General Manager Jason Doby knew we were in serious trouble and immediately took our car into the service shop. Since it was Saturday, I was told the material would not be available until Monday and I totally understood. The repair took longer than expected, but I was compensated for the extended repair time and was thankful. However, today Tuesday I looked closer at the repair and found 9 missing bolts that held down the covers over the radiator and missing caps that covers the AC lines. Will be following up with Jason on Wednesday believing those issues will be corrected. Paul

Tires taken off were from TK but aged, separation occurred on them. We will try using the vehicle more with these new tires.
