Its usually a daunting ordeal, taking your car in for routine services, but my husband referred me, so I gave them a shot. Everyone was courteous and informative, and not pushy in the least bit. Theyve got a repeat customer for sure.

Thoroughly professional! Shayne and the services team are first rate.

13 month old tire flat due to puncture from nail. The repair tech tried to repair but nail punctured bottom and side wall - had to be replaced. First service tech Angel told me the Continental tires were no longer available and would need to replace with other brand that may not match other 3, but since I purchased the road hazard warranty they would work with me on price but he had to talk to his manager. I called and went in the next day and talked to manager Jason. He said would not need to replace all tires and got on the phone/computer and found compatible tire in St. Pete and could have delivered next biz day. They did so and tire was installed and ready as promised next day. Other service tech Haley or Kaley was also very kind and helpful.
