Michele Johnson provided exceptional service at the counter! She was friendly and explained what type of oil I needed for my car and the price.The service was done within the allotted time of my appointment. I didn’t have to wait when I returned to pick up my car. It was ready to go . I really appreciate being able to schedule my appointments online and be updated on my service. I also liked being able to pay for my service online. It really sped up the process when I picked up my car. Thanks again for the excellent service!

Found both tires pointing to the left after having Tire Kingdom balance them just this past April. Better now on the highway...no pull.

NTB has been servicing my two vehs for some time. Chri Waller the manager is the main reason. On some occasions has told me how to save money rather than trying to always upsell me. This gives me great confidence that I am valued as a customer, and he wants me to come back. So I say yeh to Chris

We purchased a service plan when we bought our tires several months ago. We returned to have the tires rotated and balanced and the alignment checked. All was handled very professionally.

First of all they told us we ordered the wrong size tire for the car. But they were the same size that we had on our other tires. Then it took way to long to change 3 tires.. an hour and a half and we still had to go back and see them to put the right amount of air in the tires.. all 4 were different. then they left of the valve cap when they finished fixing the problem

Was lied to by the store manager in regards to the laws covering TPMS in order to secure a upsale to my services and make more money of me. Have made very little progress in rectification so far despite 3 conversations with corporate customer care
