the NTB location in Aiken is excellent! I've always gotten good service here and the guys are very professional and do a great job! I walked in needing four tires put on (purchased my own tires) and walked out in under an hour and a half. (Walked next door and had lunch). Highly recommend, best price in town for tire installation!

Purchased the three year alignment which gets me tire rotation and alignment every six months and car check. Just can't go wrong for $169. They had me in and out in about thirty minutes. They gave me a pre and post alignment printout. Great service and friendly staff at the NTB Aiken, SC location. Will be going back this week for tires.

The staff at this location are amazing. They know what they are doing and are very professional and honest.

I would recommend this shop to family and friends. Everyone is professional and the service members are very cautious and follow through with safety precautions relating to covid. The service was done within time expected and they really look out for you concerning your vehicle. Very professional team!

Made appointment - quick oil service in & out; just didn't know oil was $11/quart.

Greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming. I explained to employee what was wrong with my vehicle. They jumped right to it without any hesitations. Enjoyed the conversation they had with all of the people that were bringing the cars in to get serviced. They communicated with us very well while we were waiting.
