Service a little slow to be an appointment

Great value on oil change and the guy up front have been very friendly

Didnt reset I had to go back .Left greasy marks on my door outside and inside also on the floor mat.Sticker was incorrect!

Craig did a great job taking care of my son. He Had a blow out I was at work.

to begin I tried to make an appointment online, but was unable to because site maintenance which was no problem. The day of I called to make an appointment and was on hold for 30 minutes and still nobody returned to the call. Then for the herry on top the technician improperly lifted my truck so that is was higher on the the passenger side then the driver side and when he removed the lug nuts was individually hammering each lug out because he had chose the wrong size socket which was corrected when the manager came into the work bay. over all not impressed with the service at this location.

Marcus Scipio was very clear with his communication and he saved me a lot of money. He explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. Mr. Scipio was very pleasant and friendly and kept a smile on his face

Because Ken & Craig are the most professional people as far as handling my business as they are doing a well done job. I can't wait to do business with them again!
