Marcus, Jason, Chealtsy, and Zack were very happy professional and informative. They are always helping and reassuring me on issues I have with my car. That is why I always come back to ntb.

Leroy!! Leroy!! Leroy!!! Leroy was kind, patient, thorough, helpful, sincere, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest!!! I already appreciated his service, but when I discovered the next day that there was an issue with my service not being completed correctly, he not only apologized profusely—though it wasn’t his fault IN THE LEAST—he also helped me calm down and reassured me that everything would be taken care of. And it was. I am very grateful for the general manager Craig as well. He ensured my problem was resolved and quite quickly. But Leroy is the REASON I will not only return, but also continue to speak highly of the quality customer service that I received and not focus on the problem that occurred.

Great service in a reasonable time.

We were on a vacation headed to the beach and got a flat tire while traveling. Had to pull to the nearest service department and this was it…the associates were extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly and helped us find the tires we needed and get them installed as quickly as possible.

I called NTB and spoke with Craig, I told him that I needed rear, and headlights replaced. He gave me a scheduled time that fit within my busy schedule. When I got there, the drop off process was quick and easy. The wait time wasn’t long at all, I was in and out! I truly appreciate his friendly customer service and quick wait time!!! I will be back!
