NTB-National Tire & Battery

NTB did an oil change tire rotation and a alignment check. All went well. The guys did a great job.

Convenience of location and overall experience

They checked the alignment and corrected all problems with it, also checked battery and charging system.

I was totally upset when I went to my regular NTB, then found out that NC State had claimed it Imitate Domain due to the widening of the road. There was a note on the door to contact the Hickory, NC.. I did so and was satisfied with the quick response and appointment. Talked to manager when there and he ask why I had not gone to another office that is a little closer to me. I seldom travel east out of Harmony but monthly travel west to Harmony.

The people were awesome and very professional. Would recommend to anyone.

They weren't busy so I got "real" service in the time a Quickie oil change place would do for less money and they rotated my tires at no charge even though I didn't purchase them there.
