Everything went smoothly with no glitches

NTB did a great job in getting my wife in to change the tire and rotate the tires. The one tire had inside wall damage and was replaced under warranty although I still had to pay for the labor which came to $40 plus to change the tire. Thought it a little steep for changing the the tire, rim and balancing as well as mounting. $10-20 would have been more reasonable.

The employees were polite and friendly, and my "stay and wait" oil change took less than an hour from start to finish. I'm very happy with that. I enjoyed the internet cafe where I was able to study. It was nice and clean. This NTB is also conveniently located for me.
