Took our car in for an alignment issue. The issue was diagnosed as worn struts. The team replaced the struts and did the best they could with the already-worn tires. The car rides better. I will take it back to have the linkage checked since it still knocks a little, but nearly as bad as before the struts.

Everything from scheduling my appointment to picking up my vehicle after completion was smooth and easy. They even allowed me to come in sooner than my scheduled appointment time.

The manager is very knowledgeable and I only like to discuss issues with him. Good service and timely too!

I have always bought my tires from NTB and gotten my oil changes from them. I like the fact that they always rotate and balance my tires when I get my oil changes. When I schedule my appointment, I can wait and the service is done in a reasonable time.
