tires must be rotated front tp back NO cross rotating were they ???

The staff worked on my vehicle while I waited and it was done in less time than expected. I was able to access the internet and do work while they repair was underway.

I have been to the store many years and that’s why I come back.

I went to 2 NTBs that day. The first one, on Rt 123, where I had my appt. and the guy that was supposed to work on my car wasn't there. They didn't think to call me anytime during the day of my appt. They sent me to another NTB on Spring Hill Rd, where they took care of me, but I had to wait almost 2 hours. In the end, the 2nd NTB did a good job.

Although I had an appointment I had to wait until they get a technician available. Usually I am out withing 2 hours, took close to 3 hours to finish everything
