Had tire fixed and oil changed. Great service.

My tire was damaged today and I needed it repaired quickly as I have another trip tomorrow. I had no appointment, but they took me in and replaced the tire in a timely way.

Tire rotation, went off as scheduled. No issues

Been coming to this store since early-80s; bar a few hiccups, service & quality remains reliable. Manager Jaafar does a good job managing the place & the flow of customers coming in, making appointments, asking questions & requiring progress updates.

I needed new tires on short notice and NTB had the tires I wanted in stock, with two rebate offers and I was able to schedule appointment next day. So was really happy to have been able to replace my tires and only thing that would have been nice is if I had known that it would take two hours to complete. I was not provided estimated time at the counter:

Because I had a flat, and my tires had the road hazard coverage. I only had to pay for the installation, and I saved $112.00.

Was easy to make a phone appointment the day before. The person at store (Jaafari) was professional. Explains to him what service. Asked me if I want to wait or not. Gave estimated time for the service (1-1.5 hrs). The service was completed accidentally on time.
