Honesty, knowledgeable and good prices

Sales associate noticed that there seemed to be an issue with the rim I purchased and immediately informed me that he ordered a replacement because he didn't like the quality of the one provided.

The service desk associate is AWESOME

I cold called to see if I could be fit in for an oil change and was told to come on down they would fit me in. The service was great and quirk and even added in a couple of extra things that I needed to get done on my vehicle and it was done with no problem. Staff were very informative, courteous and friendly.

I work for BJ's Tire Center and we have a very close relationship with Michelin. The tires I purchased were unavailable EVERYWHERE. When we DID have them at the BJ's Tire Center I worked at, they were about $150 more. EXCELLENT value, and Joe even drove to the Salem store to get one of them for me and had it ready for me today. EXCELLENT SERVICE, GREAT PRICE. WILL BE BACK!

The manager was very kind and helpful, and they were flexible with my schedule. They put the stickers on the license plate for me which I felt was above and beyond!
