Excellent, walked in with no appointment for an oil change..Was out the door within 1 hour

I was greeted by friendly and most of all I didn't wait for more than 2 hours

I am very pleased with the staff. They pinpointed the problem and let me know what need to be done. Their goals is make sure the customers' vehicle in good working condition and in safe drivable manner. Also the satisfaction from the customers.

Details were given on the updates O needed for my vehicle. I was given regular updates on the status of my vehicle. This was done up to the time until the car was ready.

I dropped my car off with no appointment for oil change.The shop Mgr explained that it was a late drop off but he would do everything possible to get to my car if I left the vehicle. I left the vehicle and 2.5 hours later they called telling me that my vehicle was ready. I really appreciate them fitting me in today with all businesses this day and time being short staffed.

Called in and dropped off my car and picked it up in a couple of hours. Lifetime rotation with purchase of tires.

From the initial phone call to schedule the appointment, all the way up to the vehicle being serviced, the process was very smooth and time-efficient. In addition, the customer service rendered by Paige was exceptional. The experience changed my opinion about NTB for the better.
