I came in to get a leak on my tire fixed, my rep Darnell went over my tires with me and then reviewed the service I needed. My car was repaired within an hour and I was good to go ! Darnell was the BEST, and I will definitely come back !

NTB does a good job with tires, which is the only reason I go there. I used the road hazard warranty to replace a tire damaged from hitting a curb. Keep in mind they will charge you for new road hazard warranty with the new tire. The damaged tire had 20k miles, so I still paid about half the cost of the tire plus mounting, disposal, recycling fees and tax.

It was extremely easy. The staff was great at communicating the service I was receiving and what else was “needed”. They didn’t push to hard.

First I am glad the manager called me to let me know how I could adjust my service since I planned on bringing in two vehicles. Also I was provided a thorough explanation of the rotation and balance service which I had for my tires in Texas. I found out it was a similar service which gave me some peace of mind for my tires now that we are living here on the east coast. Also knowing I can use the service at any NTB is helpful since we might move again in a couple years.
