I had a flat that was supposedely fixed by another service. It wasn't. NTB got me right in and replaced my tire quickly. Just wish there had been an NTB close when I first had the issue

I had to be towed to them and they squeezed me in while they were so busy. They were so nice and helpful and made my Christmas weekend better then when it stared. The front desk women was so polite and I schedule an appointment for next week to go back to have them do some more work. I will be going back more often.

Jera was extremely nice and professional. I had an issue when I arrived for my first appointment because the sales rep did not inform me my tires were not in. Jera took care of it and scheduled me in for the next day. She went above and beyond to satisfy my concerns

Work was well done for a reasonable price. One negative was that I had asked for my "good" tire to be thrown in the back of my van to take home, but they did not do this. Something told me to look in the back before I drove off and sure enough, it wasn't there. I brought it to their attention, and they took about 5 minutes to locate it while I stood there waiting. It kind of took some trust away but they did do a great job otherwise. Special instructions should be written down, so they get communicated to the people doing the work. There was a TV show with filthy language being played in the waiting area with children present, and I didn't appreciate it either. Out of respect for other patrons, I waited until they left before I politely asked for it to be turned off.
