NTB-National Tire & Battery

My CTS blew front tire in pothole so I bought two. NTB jacked up front end wrong and kinked both front fenders One new tire leaked and front end had slight shimmy. I returned. They remounted one tire and rebalanced both. At home I inspected their work and wheel weights were coming off. Rims were not cleaned before installing them. Next mornin 15 min. before opening I was back and manager rebalanced both wheels as I watched. Employees installed them but forgot to torque lug nuts on one side.

AS SOON AS I HAVE TO GET NEW TIRES, I WILL HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH NTB. I HAVE HAD IT WITH SALES ASSOCIATE JOHN SCARABINO'S ATTITUDE WITH ME AND WITH HIS LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. SOMEONE SHOULD TEACH HIM THAT THE RUST AND IMPERFECTIONS ON ALUMINUM WHEELS CAN BE GROUND OFF AND IF THE TIRE IS MOUNTED CORRECTLY WITH THE SEALANT, THE TIRE WILL NOT LEAK AIR. I UNDERSTAND THE CLEAR COAT IS GROUND OFF. YOUR SALES REP KNEW THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND JUST TRIED TO FEED ME A LIE.

I have been to this NTB a few times and each time I leave knowing I got what I paid for. I’m always happy with how clean the store is and how nice the people are. I’m somewhat of a clean freak so I hate going into a store like this and just feeling the grease and oil everywhere, but not here and I really appreciate that.

My valve stem broke off of my tire. Assuming my tire would be flat by morning. I stopped to see if I could get it fixed. I got there around 6:30 and the doors were locked. I was walking away when John came outside and asked if he could help me. He fixed my tire even though the store was closed, his kindness and great service are very appreciated.

Fred the service manager got my vehicle wrote up quickly. Travis the tech servicing my vehicle did it in a timely manner and brought up side issues that my vehicle has, great job.

The technician CJ explained everything in detailed and helped print out papers for what I needed to show firestone for their mishaps.

The communication from the manager was excellent. We talked about the different services NTB offers. His insight was invaluable.

iT WAS EASY TO SCHEDULE A VISIT. THE STAFF WERE COMPETENT AND PLEASANT. THE REPAIR WAS EXPLAINED TO ME.
