I cannot even explain the blessing this crew was to me. Sean, John and especially Danae. I'm sure she conveyed my issues I was experiencing that day. I was goin to a hospital to take my brother off life support. I got a flat tire right by their shop so pulled in there. They gave me an outstanding discount on the tire I needed as I had a very specific amount of money. While looking at my car they came out to say another tire was gonna blow and I just broke down as I was flat broke in a state of mind already w what my day held. These people put a tire on to replace the second tire FREE OF CHARGE!!! To say this was a blessing on this day is an understatement!!! I will never forget what they did for me and I highly recommend them for all your service needs!! Thanks again guys. Ps. They also left money in my car for me because they knew I was tapped out and had to go to Cleveland for my brother. UNREAL!!!! Amazing group of people!!!

Didnt have a key for locking lug nuts. Local Ram dealer removed them and NTB worked me back into their schedule. Was a long day (10am to 5pm) but I didnt have to reschedule. Kudos to them!!!!
