Fast great work and were able to get me in last minute

I always have a great experience the last 3 times i visited , but it was a little bit different this time . The man working the front was not friendly as friendly as the woman usually is , he was impatient which made me impatient, he was not knowledgeable which made me unaware & he was irritable which made me irritable. I usually have a great experience there but this one was A LOT DIFFERENT

Professional- friendly- cost

I was in and out in under 30 minutes, quick, thurough and correct. They also had time to check fluids and air tire pressure without charge.

At the time of my appointment as I was sitting there, a lot of people were checking out from leaving their vehicles there. It was extremely busy and I noticed that the manager John was the one working, and he did an outstanding job handling everyone. He was very professional and very knowledgeable as he spoke to the customers. I love to watch and listen to people.

My experience was wonderful. I brought in a tire that would not hold air and the technician fixed quickly. There was a nail in the tire. The repair price is wonderful.

Very kind and fast service. I was told by another NTB that my tire sensor was broken so I asked them to fix it. He looked at it and said it wasn’t broke and just reset it. They could have lied and charged me the money.
