Very good service

I came to NTB after having a bad experience with Discount Tire. I feel confident that I am now receiving quailty service, knowledge, and warranty on my tires, something that I find extremely important when receiving maintenance services on my car, particularly tires since they are my life or death contact with the road. Mark performed an amazing job on my vehicle and Rick was very knowledgeable when explaining my tire options to me.

"I had an appointment at 4:30pm, when I was checked in the girl said they usually allow about an hour for my service but they are running alittle behind and it would be about an hour and fifteen minutes, my car did not get pulled in until 5:30pm and the service was not completed until 6:30pm, my car had greasy fingerprints on the inside of the door and on the glove box, it would be nice if the mechanics would take off the dirty rubber gloves that keep there hands clean, so it would keep the customers cars clean also!"

Service tech and manager were very informative. They made sure I was happy before leaving. Manager seemed he really wanted to help.
