We scheduled an oil change online. When we arrived they were expecting us. During the oil change they tested our battery and found it was failing. They suggested we get a new battery. Thank goodness they checked because we wouldn't have wanted to get stuck someplace with the dead battery!

Great friendly service

I go to this NTB because it is within walking distance from my home and the service manager Dave is awesome. The cost to have an oil change and tire rotation is fantastic because I drive a lot it helpful, because I take it there every 3000 miles. I have had problems but Dave and his staff take care of them as quickly as possible.

I needed a new battery. I called ahead to make sure they had it and they did. Although they said there were 3 people ahead of me and it could be an hour and a half, it only took 45 minutes.

They were very professional and made sure I knew exactly what I was paying for. They also completed the repair that I asked them to do when the previous shop I had taken it to failed to do so.
