My NTB experience was highly satisfying because of the honesty and communicativeness of the manager on duty, Jeffery Ptasinski. He is a polite, helpful, and over all up-front individual. I can tell that he takes pride in his work and has the customers' best interests in mind. I have been to other NTB centers in the past that were not as honest nor were they as customer-service oriented. I'm glad I found a good one and would hope that the staff are advised of my appreciation for the great work they're doing at that location. Thanks.

Chris was very patient, professional, and courteous. He kept me updated on my service progress and recommendations. He answered all my questions. The tires are great and I am happy with the purchase. I even called after I got home from work about my other car and made the appointment with Chris after he helped me find the tires I was looking for.

The Sales Associate Jeffrey Ptasinski was a pleasure to work with. He was highly professional and friendly as soon as I walked into the location. He explained in detail the services I wanted and called me to let me know I needed the air filters to be replaced. He also gave me data on my battery that would be in need of attention. Jeffrey is a top notch associate!

I have been coming to this location for several years and the staff is always so accommodating. They are friendly, prompt, and do everything they can to make it a pleasant experience. I will not go anywhere else for my tire and suspension needs

They are the best

I had a flat tire last night. I thought I was going to get it fixed and get a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Turns out, the tire was not repairable. It was good that they had a replacement tire immediately. Chris Tash explained why it wasn't repairable. I was told how long it was going to take for my service, which was accurate. I would return for additional services and recommend Chris to others. I was hoping not to spend as much, but I know I that I'm safe driving now.
