We like to work with Chris at this location. He is very kind and knowledgable, and we feel like he is taking good care of our vehicle, giving us honest advice, and providing us with a fair price. We have had several good experiences with him and NTB's service, which will keep us coming to NTB for our car repairs in the future.

Brake work repaired under warranty. Associate agreed soemthing with the intial brake service was improper. Most likely defective parts.
