Wonderful service very friendly and helpful!

The staff was courteous and explained what it could possibly be...however, they knew the car had been in several times before.,,,this time they went a step further and I explained that I didn't want to keep purchasing items because of what "they think" is the problem with my car

They did what i asked them to do which is rotate my tires

Low tire pressure light came on, made appointment for following day to avoid long wait. I was seen promptly upon arrival. Tire could not be repaired because damage was to sidewall, which I expected. I ended up purchasing a new tire. It was more expensive than I was hoping for, but not out of range. Service was completed within a time I was comfortable waiting.

I've been going to this location for oil changes, the past seven years, so the location is my choice, year in, and year out. I'm already familiar with some of the employees there, which makes the visit that much easier. I've recommended Tire Kingdom to many people in the years I've been going!

Nice waiting area, friendly staff, but maybe not the best with European car alignments. I've had them redo the alignment and was told they didn't have the tools to correct the rear adjustments.

The work was done in an hour and I will informed of the progress throughout that time.

Oil c hange to costly. Not told up front

Associates are friendly and helpful. Purchased the same tire brand as I did 4years ago because they gave me 60,000 miles with no trouble. Quality products. A little pricy. I could have gotten them a little cheaper somewhere else, but I trust your people to treat me right.

Alignment not done as requested. Pricing for tires did not match online quote (ultimately fixed, but not until I had to make an issue of it to have it corrected). No straight answers as to what was required to pass inspection vs recommended repairs. Emissions inspection failed- yet no official printout provided with fail codes/ reasons. No recommendations for how to repair or next step to get it to pass. Left the shop very frustrated and off to find a mechanic interested in making repairs and keeping customers.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly when I checked in. Also made sure I didnt need anything else while I was there. Great service.

They kept trying to scam me, and kept giving me more then 1 reason why my car wasn't working right.

Easy to schedule, friendly staff

They didnt reset the tire monitor and the people that work there are all rude with the exception of one of the guys in the garage who is young with colored tattoos in his neck and back of his head. He has great costumer service. My husband paid for tire rotation and balance. They never rotated the tires, he went back and the guy looked at the tape. Sure enough they didnt rotate the tires. Then he was foolish enough to buy $1400 worth of tires from them, all the tires pressure was off.

Love coming to tire kingdom for all of my car maintenance. No matter which location I go to everyone is very friendly. I think they have very good prices as well, especially for oil changes on high mileage cars. I quit going to nissian Jenkins because they stole some stuff from the inside of my car I’ve gone to tire kingdom 4 times for an oil change and I’ve never ever had that problem.

I will not go back to that location for anything.
