I went to Tire Kingdom because I had purchased there before. I was experiencing a slow leak in a rear tire. I was planning on purchasing two new tires as I was lead to believe I was in need of new ones after having one plugged months ago. Your agents however were very honest. They told me I had at least 25,000 miles left on my rear tires. They repaired my tire and because they were running behind in my scheduled time by 1/2 hr they didn’t charge me for the repair. Now that’s awesome!!! Honesty wins out always. I have had a great experience with Tire Kingdom. They saved me a lot of money, and my last purchase of front tires was very reasonable. I will definitely return and recommend you to my friends.

Service was great even though the online schedule appointment needs work. I thought I scheduled a Monday appointment and it went to Tuesday. They were able to get me in quickly, though. While I was there, I was talking to another customer who also had trouble with online scheduler, she ended up calling in instead.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The service was completed in a timely manner
