As a woman, getting my car serviced is difficult because service centers like to take advantage of women and treat us like we don't know anything. When I go to this Tire Kingdom location, I am treated as an equal and respected as much as the men who walk in. Unfortunately, I have had experiences with Honda service where they don't tell me the actual work being done and random numbers are added to the bill without labels or explanation. I have NEVER had this issue at Tire Kingdom. I don't get anxiety when I go there and I don't mind sitting and waiting for my car. The people working at that location are awesome and I had a great experience.
