Started out as a bad experience with Simple Tire. The manager, Pat, at Tire Kingdom went above and beyond and helped us out tremendously by giving us a better deal with a better tire. He was helpful and knowledgeable! We have every intention of returning for service, such as an oil change in the very near future!

They told me right away what was wrong and was fixed in one hour and I returned to work.

Totally excellent service, though the parts were a little troublesome to acquire, due to the scarcity locally.

At first I wasn't too happy after I left because I noticed that my vehicle was pulling to the right pretty good and it had just come off the alignment rack (this was 40 mins. past closing)! However, when I called right when they opened the next day and talked to the manager he told me to bring it in and he would take care of it. When I got there, it only took a couple of mins. for the manager to get with me and get my vehicle back on the alignment rack. After that they went the extra mile by discovering I had a shock bolt completely missing (I had just had my suspension replaced days before bu the dealership) and they actually replaced it for me free of charge and made sure all other suspension nuts and bolts were secure as well. They certainly made up for the botched alignment the evening before and then some! You guys have a customer for life! Thanks a bunch!

It was an emergency. My tire was flat, I didn't stop until a person in another car gestured to it, and I was right in front of Tire Kingdom. For years my family members and I have gone to Tire Kingdom. I was early (before they opened) and waited in the parking lot, was the first one in the door. Patrick helped me right way, came out to my vehicle, determined the course of action after a discussion, told me the cost, estimated the time. All within 5 or 6 minutes. Immediately a technician came and got my car and took it in for the tire replacement. I was driving out of the lot within an hour of arriving. Patrick was very knowledgable and polite, and I found the entire experience a perfect transaction. The same technician who took my car delivered it ready and running to the front door. Just excellent service all around.
