Appt for 9am, got there @ 9:15 am. for a oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Unable to do alignment due to broken CV axle boot. Appreciate finding this problem but quote was $100 higher than where I go. Still 2 hours for oil change / tire rotation with a appt.

Guy who helped me out at the front desk was helpful and you can tell he puts effort in his job. Both him and the mechanic were honest that the nail in my tire did not affect my tire and they made sure there was no leak.

Scheduling appointment is very effective. Good location to wander while you wait.

I placed an order for an oil change online because it was a promotion. My appointment was for 12:30 but they were able to get me in earlier. That was very much appreciated!!
