This Tire Kingdom has the best customer service. Its clean, reasonable and friendly.

I went in for a standard oil change and appreciated the coupon for scheduling online. THEN... I was told that I had wires exposed on my 2 front tires from needing an alignment. This fix required adding 2 new tires and the alignment, to the oil change. I've been unemployed since the end of March without any unemployment benefits or other income, so the oil change alone was more that I could afford, even with the coupon. The rest only made it less affordable. BUT... your advisor, Brook Harris was fantastic!! She found an additional coupon she applied, and again, I was grateful. She is great at her job! She in knowledgeable, welcoming, all about the customer, and kept me informed on the status of completion by frequently checking with the techs! I appreciated that also. The only negative was that the tire pressure on the rear tires they put on the front had not been checked before delivery. It was visible when we got to the car and confirmed by the pressure info on the dash. All of the techs were gone by now, so Brook kindly added air to the front tires. Overall, it was a great experience! I'll be back. Way to go Brook!
