I was advised of the status of my repair continually. All staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The shop was busy while I was there, but everyone was taken care of as quickly as possible. As car repairs go, it was a good experience.

Kelly, the Service Manager took time to thoroughly answer all my questions, explain to me things I did not understand, & was courteous & patient with me the entire time. Zero complaints.

Les is the best. He’s always so helpful and points me in the right direction when he is unable to help. As a full time college student , I gestalt appreciate the thoughtful caring and the services provided . Les truly cares about my safety and the safety of other customers. Brooke is fantastic also and always so friendly :)

The counter person was very pleasant and helpful setting up my oil change. Only disappointment was that I brought in the car at 4 pm and it wasn't ready till 6.

We had a flat tire and reside outside of town. The ship was full and e everyone including the manager was working to service customers cars.new explained our issue having changed a tire on the expressway and a temporary spare on the front with 120 miles to drive home. The front desk associate Brooke said she’d do her best to assist us but needed the manager’s approval. Les the manager was more than happy to assist us despite requiring them to remain after Closing hours to assist us. We deeply appreciated their professionalism, diligence desire to assist us.
