Made appt. for 12 Noon. Arrived 11:45 my name on appt. board . Took car yo service bay at 12 Noon. Out by 1 PM. complete service done to my satisfaction. Happy with Tire Kingdom. Used them for many years.

Employee were helpful and communicated very well on status.

The staff and mgr are wonderful they explain everything and make the customer experience wonderful I will always use them

I received the best customer servicer ever at this location. Peter was great! The Store Manager called me to update me which was great! The tire sensor was working after the tire change. Great customer service plus fast and quality word!

Front desk communicated the wait time down to the minute. Pricing was communicated before visit and did not change upon checkout. I initially came in for an oil change and a diagnostic check. I had a gas cap that was loose recently which caused the dashboard to light up. I wanted to ensure that there were no other issues. I’m super pleased that I wasn’t given the “run around”.

When I went to Tire Kingdom they had everything very well organized social distancing was under control. We the customers stayed out side until our car was ready. And I loved the way it was decorated in red, white and blue
