John on the front desk was great! Friendly and Professional.

The manager is very rude and attempted to put a service on my received that he had recommended to me. At no time did he mention to me that I needed a front end alignment. When I asked about that he claimed that was a mistake on the computer. I asked him to please mark through it and initial it and he promptly told me I could do that. Finally he snatched the paper way Mark through it and initial it and threw it back across the counter. I will never go to this Tire Kingdom again.

Timely professional service

Went in for regular Oil change. They did not rotate tires, check battery or top off fluids but charged me for the complete service. After complaining to Corporate I had to return on 05/01/18 to receive the rest of the service I paid for. Manager was very rude.

Service was prompt and cost-effective management was very helpful and explained the issue so i would understand
