Luis is alway nice when I get my car serviced by him very polite and just takes car of my oil change

I always love coming here because I get exceptional service everytime. The guys are always honest about the work I need done in my vehicle and I never mind waiting.

I had a tire recall on 6 tires on my 5th wheel trailer. I had gone to 5 different Sailun tire dealers, including other Tire Kingdom dealers. I was told, among other things, that they didn't deal with tire recalls, I would need to buy the tires and then get reimbursed from Sailun, or they didn't know anything about any recall, even with the paper in my hand. I walked into Tire Kingdom 6046 / 46 and was greeted by the manager, Oswaldo Espinoza. He didn't hesitate to look up the recall, verify my tires were, in fact, under recall, and order the tires. The tires were mounted and balanced and the paperwork was processed. The staff was equally professional and respectful. This store is what one should expect when going into a business. While I created extra work, and no sale did occur, it didn't matter. I will be doing business with Oswaldo when the time comes to replace tires on my vehicles and I will definitely pass along word-of-mouth how satisfied I was with this service. Excellent place for all your tire needs and maintenance. Easy to make appointments and the staff is very friendly and professional. Good prices for their services.

I called looking for a price of tires I was told they would have to order them and should be in by 2:00 pm. I received a call at approximately 12:30 pm stating that my tires were in and I can have them installed. I returned the call and explained that I would be in as soon as I picked up my lunch.

Great service at this Tire Kingdom. The one in Dunedin on Main Street...Not so much.

The entire process went smoothly. From scheduling the oil change online, to finding the location, to checking in (I was early), the whole process took about an hour. John was clear about what they did & what future service I will need.

I was very pleased with this location unlike your location on Main Street. The manager and staff were very accommodating took care of me quickly and made me feel very comfortable taking my car to them. On the other hand your Main Street Dunedin location was very pushy and made me feel like I needed to purchase things I really don't think I needed. Thank goodness for your Gulf to Bay location in Clearwater.

In Florida on visit. Close to where I'm staying. Last year I had a tire fixed there.
