When I have a problem with my car I often stop by to discuss with someone at the store & they gladly take time to answer my questions. If necessary, I make an appointment to come back & have it taken care of more fully. I appreciate the fact that they always make the time to ease my mind, even if they can't fully solve the problem when I just " stop by" with a problem.

Front axles replaced. It was quick, they gave me a good deal, service was superior, and my car runs great.

I have been going to this facility for the last 15 years and they have always been honest, reputable and very cordial. They listen to what a person is telling them and they do not take advantage and try to oversell something that is not needed. In this day and age that is very hard to find. If there are more repairs that are need they lay a plan out to get all repairs done. I want to thank Jordan Hines in regards to taking care or my nieces vehicle.

Service excellent went for oil change and it didnt take long

I went to Tire Kingdom because I had a slow leak in the tire. It turned out to be a rim dent and they were able to fix the slow leak and recommended I either replace or go to a shop that can re shape the rim to fix the real problem. When I arrived the manager knew that I bought the tires at his location and made sure I was looked after as quick as possible. I was just impressed with the good service, helpful advice and how fast they were able to get things back on the road. I am driving to Canada tomorrow and everything is good. Jordan Hines went 100% to make sure everything was looked after. If I knew the name of the technician I would also give him great remarks. Very friendly. I will recommend you guys to everyone.
