NTB-National Tire & Battery

NTB always does a great job, I have a client of theirs for many many years and will continue to use them for all of my repair maintenance needs.

I was told that they are shutting down that location next week I am very unhappy I been going in there since they opened and they’re always packed with people makes no sense why are you shut them down

Henry was polite and attentive. I dropped my car off thinking I was going to need new tires, and he was able to patch it and save me money. It was done very fast my car was done about an hour after dropping it off.

Henry was amazing! Very easy to talk to. He got me in and out with no hassle and also has made recommendations on the previous times I've been here. NTB may not be the cheapest, but working with Henry and his team is worth a couple extra bucks. I will continue to come here for my oil changes and tire rotations!

Mechanic was very helpful answering my questions and placing me in the correct sized tire that I needed on my truck. I had no appointment but he managed to get me in and complete the work as promised the same day. I have done business with this location in the past and assure you will be returing in the future

The salesperson he told me his name was very helpful , kept me informed, and I didn’t have to wait too long. The finished product was great. Thank you. The only reason I might not go back to that one is it is a lot further away from my house than the one close to my house. Are usually go to work due to Covid they didn’t have any employees at the ntb on Virginia Beach Blvd.
