The manager of the Salem, VA store recommended a high quality tire for my vehicle and explained the pros and cons of all the alternatives as well. Even though I paid more for the tire, I feel his expertise in recommending a good tire was so beneficial. I love the tires for my Jeep and they will serve all the needs I presented to Timmy.

Merchant's got me in timely, customer service was very good. They could not find an issue with my tire inside or out. The balancing of the tires improved the ride however I still feel some jumping . Thank you Merchant Tire and Auto
