After I researched online different types of tires I chose Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires and NTB here in Salem was very convenient to where I live so I chose this location. The store manager scheduled me the next day after calling for an appointment. They were prompt when I arrived and completed the job quickly! I will return for any future car needs!

Made an appointment online which was very easy. Checking in was really fast and easy and they got to my vehicle immediately and was finished within 30 minutes

Tim was extremely helpful in getting me an appointment for a tire installation package along with an oil change. Jonathan was able to squeeze me in for an inspection which was a huge relief as I'd let the inspection lapse and was hesitant to drive much until the inspection sticker was updated. Both of these guys were friendly and had no problem explaining things to me and answering any questions I had. I'm grateful for their help and how they were able to get my car back on the road in so little time. I will definitely recommend this NTB to my friends and I plan to return for other maintenance that I need in the near future. Thanks again!
