I did not think I needed a tire on a car that I was trading.

The friendliness and politeness of employees, and the absence of pressure selling.

They didnt wash or do any detailing on the car.

Everything went well for the amount of repairs needed on the vehicle. Team was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions.

I made an appointment an hour before close for 4 tires and an oil change because your online system allows that. Mike called and let me know that I could drop it off and they would take care of it the next day. Which was fine with me. When I dropped off my car he explained all charges well. When issues came up he called and went over all charges for the issues. Upon picking my car up he and another gentleman asked to make sure I was clear on all the work that had been done. If was overall a great experience. As a female it was nice to not be spoken down to and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of.

"I brought my car in previously when the ""Check Engine"" light came on. Merchant's said it was the ""Government Light"" and not to worry about it because VA doesn't inspect emissions. Now, the engine is very loud above 30 mph. They charged me $110 to hook it up to the machine, but did not know why it was acting up. What frustrated me was that they could not give me a printout of the computer report. They told me that they don't print the report, so they told me to take it to the dealer and they would run their own diagnostic test, which will presumably cost me at least another $110."

The guys at NTB, on Franklin road in Roanoke Virginia are awesome!! They take extra care to take care of my vehicle and the customer service from Donnie and Mike are excellent. The mechanics make every effort to explain what the problem is and what their doing to my car. I have been here several times for maintenance and repair, and they always have done me great. Awesome job guys!!!!

The Tech was Friendly and Professional. I had a question that the new tech didn't know but he was confident enough to tell me he didn't. He asked the other tech (his boss) who answered and he was also Friendly and Professional.

The guys at Franklin road Roanoke were excellent. Timely, and polite. Have always had good luck here. Tried the Christiansburg branch before this, total disaster. If all ntbs we're like that one I would never return. Been there twice. Guy is always slow and rude. Will tell everyone not to go there. Will always refer people to the Roanoke one though. They are wonderful

Vehicle was taken in quickly and tires got installed quickly. The wheel alignment took a little longer because anther vehicle was in the sevice bay. Associated adjusted the price to match the one quoted in e-mail.

I have always had good service here and am pleased with the mechanics work as well as the communication and service of the front end staff.
