Walked into NTB/Franklin Rd. On 11/2/23. I needed new tires. Keep in mind I’ve purchased tires here before on different vehicles. Michael tended to my needs in ordering the correct tires at a reasonable price. I was happy with his recommendations. The technician discovered a major problem, 3 really from my prior service from another dealer. He made me aware, tried to accommodate my issues until I returned to dealer. They caught issues I wouldn’t have. I’m forever grateful. THANK YOU! In closing, very satisfied with the service provided at this location. We must also keep in mind that EVERYONE is short staffed. But that does not take away from the quality of service they provide. We have to be kind and remain patient. That if you don’t have the time to wait an appointment may be best. Highly recommend!!
