Quick and friendly service

Very easy to book online. I called to confirm that my TPMS sensor would be in and service advisor took time to confirm. Got a call mid progress to let me know about low rear brakes which was nice. After looking at work order pricing and got the vehicle ready call, the advisor was able to adjust for oil coupon and lifetime wheel balance which made the service cost reasonable.

Very professional staff took car soon as I got there and I was 30 min early for my appointment explained everything and told me what else could and should be addressed on my car. The staff all them were awesome to deal with and I look forward to my next visit. Prices were amazing as well

Went in for free tire rotation, wheel balance and alignment after purchasing new tires on my yearly alignment check plan. Service went well, lr4 is in perfect shape.

I visited by chance because I was in the neighborhood and remembered I need to schedule a tire rotation. NTB was able to see me without an appointment. The service manager Rob Nance provided excellent service. He really is stellar!

I was very satisfied. Scheduling was very easy and plenty availability. They got my car in as soon as I was there and was finished with my oil change in 20 minutes! And the price was exactly what online told me it would be.
