Josh and Shelton were both very engaged, polite and helpful. Josh had discussed a rebate that was available on the purchase of 4 Cooper tires when I brought the car in. After I had completed the transaction he made an extra effort to assist me in completing the rebate form for the four Cooper tires I had bought. I will not hesitate to come back to NTB for car maintenance in the future.

Friendly service and I appreciate that the gentleman helping me did not try to up sell me. He originally thought I need 4 tires but after we looked at the vehicle he agreed that I actually only need 2 . I will return when I need the other 2 replaced.
