I liked being able to make an appointment and when I got to the store I actually had an appointment. I wasn't left waiting with a half dozen other people all of us thinking we had the same appointment time like happened to me at one repair facility (not NTB) in the past.

Bob was very helpful and took care of the factory defect of the part they put on my vehicle. I took it back twice but it was due to the defected part. That wasn't the fault of NTB. I also like the option of having the charge card for unexpected repairs. All of the employees are polite and kind to me..

Price and convenience of scheduling. I had to to wait 10 + minutes to drop off / check in, though (nat so convenient)

TP sensors were presenting “FAULT” indication. TP sensors and batteries were 12 inches years old and required replacement. Replacement was completed in approximately two hours after arrival.
