My recent visit to Merchants tire & auto was quite pleasant. Scheduled an oil change the day before, arrived at 9am the following day. Was done in less than 45 min. Awesome job Charles, Richard, & Bob.

Needed work on all 3 of our vehicles and got them all in and out this week in the time promised and for reasonable cost.Its great to see that Charles and Bob are back at this location. They are great to work with and were sadly missed in 2020. If you visited this location in 2020 and were frustrated with the people running the shop, as I was, they are all gone. Give them another chance.

I called Bob, the manager, today via cell phone as my daughter's 4runner seemed out of alignment. He explained that it was his day off. I apologized and he was very understanding. He actually called the manager on duty and then texted me to take it up there and they would get it done today. I dropped it off at 11:15 and it was done by 1:30. On a Sunday no less.

Dropped my car off and they got to it quicker than expected and contacted me in a timely matter.

Service department and techs do a great job!

Bob, the manager, was awesome at helping me figure out what to do with my old, extra vehicle that I have and don't want to get rid of. He ended up spending extra time to make sure it was worth fixing and getting it fixed right for a great price (clutch issues). It shifts beautifully now.

Under new management since my last visit. Very professional and my wait wasnt long for the service I had scheduled. Usually have a long wait but not this time :)

Techs, GM, and DM were all very accommodating. Only place I'll be taking my vehicles from now on. Totally transparent with price, service, and my time wasn't wasted with BS. Recommending to all family and friends!

I had a 10:00 appt. I was greeted while they were helping other customers. They were very busy and was told that even though I had a appointment they would not be able to get my car serviced for several hours. I told them that I came in a week ago to make the apppointment and he said it would take about 30 min. so when I came in for my appointment I was told differently and they were short staffed on techs. but fortunately they were able to get my car in and was able to complete the service.
