Appointment went smoothly. They had my name on the screen highlighting my appointment. They communicated back to me an update and had my car parked in front of the building once finished. Shop is very clean and spacious.

I have been coming to this NTB for quite awhile and I am extremely pleased with the services. I am a woman and therefore worry about being scammed on services needed. Bob Johnson is always so helpful and accommodating. This is my go to for tires, rotation, regular oil changes and inspections. I live by Great Bridge Chesapeake but I travel to this location because of the exemplary service I receive. Everyone I have had contact there with has been wonderful. I dropped my car off Thursday night after hours and by 11 or so the next morning my car was ready. Very pleased customer here.

It was easy to find what I was looking for online and book my appointment from there. I booked a 6pm appointment but on the list they had it listed for 5. Store is a little dirty in the windows but not really a big deal. Guys were friendly.

I’m impressed the service I received and didn’t wait for hours just to get my vehicle pulled my car in less than 5 minutes I was shocked. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and professional. Bob is so nice as always and polite. I am impressed. Thank you both. Conveniently in a good location. I feel grateful.
