My initial experience was excellent but the overall experience was terrible and will not return.

Unexpected wiper went bad in rain storm traveling from Julian to Winston. Salesman got us in and out and back on road in less than 10 min. Great customer service!!

Had to wait 4 hours to get a tire changed

They explained what they did come to find out my tire was fine. They could have told me I needed tires like others did but they were honest and I appreciated that. I will use them again and tell others as well

Service was horrible. Sit in the waiting area for 2.5 hours. Came for an oil change and find out why my vehicle was making a squeaking noise. When they told me it was ready they didnt even check the squeaking noise and then told me I need to have my tires balanced and that All four tires was out by.75. The kicker is NTB are the ones that mounted and balanced them 3 months earlier. Instead of making it right they wanted to charge me 40.00. I will NEVER go there again!!!!!

My visit was totally unexpected as we got a flat on the way home from a trip. I called the Westchester, High Point, NC location and they were able to tell me the tire I needed was at the Kernersville, NC location. When I arrived Emmet was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had one car ahead of us and we still only waited 45 minutes. Thanks for the great customer service and efficiency. I will definitely be back. :)

Over the years this place has gotten more pathetic in availability and sales pushing

Always professional and a feel like talking with family kinda vibe. Helpful every time I've been in either with knowledge or suggestions on what to do next. I appreciate this location.

We and an emergency situation with brakes on a Saturday, they got us in and fixed up same day ! Emmett was very helpful !!

I receieved a discount for my tires which was buy three and get one free. Also, with car advise which is partners with Instacart, I received a 50% discount on my oil change. The recommended services taught me the importance of tire repair for an AWD vehicle.

Customer service, atmosphere good

we dropped off our car was quick and easy, they were able to get our brand new tires on very quickly and we were able to get our truck the same day
