I had 4 tires replaced about 20,000 miles ago, and I had 1 tire with a slow leak. Technician did a patch on the tire for no charge.

Everyone there were very nice and the service was excellent.

I was a walk-in appointment late in the morning, around 9:30am and I asked if they could do a “same day install” on 4 tires if I bought some that day…and I needed to have my truck back before 3:30pm. They got it done in about 3 hours and way ahead of my deadline.

Went in with a check engine light. Found the electrical system was having problems miss firing. Repaired everything and the rep should be what was causing the problem.

I’m a materials handler for an electrical company named SALEM ELECTRIC and am part of the building process for NOVANT hospital in Kernersville … I drive my truck all day EVERYDAY for work delivering materials.. Today my truck broke down unexpectedly I taped up the part and limped my truck into your establishment I could tell the guys were overwhelmed as they were understaffed… I was greeted with professionalism and Grace even though it was obvious we were both having a tough day… Originally, I was told the part I needed wouldn’t be in till Wednesday which meant I had to figure out another way TOTALLY to assist in the building of Novant hospital and the movement of the materials we require… This team SOMEHOW managed to find the part I needed and fix this VITAL part of the process within a few hours… I was also able to make it to class today which I had cancelled due to the potential delay… THANK WESLEY AND NATE and whoever the Mechanic was that toughed it out for this to happen… THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!
