I had a blowout and I needed tires anyway so when I brought my Jeep in they took me right away even tho it would be awhile since they had only 1 guy working in the bay. I was very very appreciated of these guys!! I didnt know where else to go so I came to NTB since Ive been here before about 5 years ago! Yeah thats how old my tires were so it WAS time, just glad the blowout didnt happen on the freeway... Thank you guys for being so good to me and getting my tires on so I could get to work. You guys rock!!!

At some locations, you enter and are greeted by a sleazy, untrustworthy-looking, used car salesman. At this location, that is not the case, I never have any doubt that I will hear anything but the truth and facts.

they did a amazing job and saved me alot of money. they also do emission and safety checks to, so go there before you renew your registration.

Made an appointment for 830 am. No workers showed up. Rescheduled for 100pm told the guy I had to be somewhere at 3 pm and if that would be an issue. He said no problem. Showed up at 1245 and they didn't take the car back until 115. Then after an hour decided to come in and say they needed to call an order a part took another 30-45 minutes for him to even attempt to order the part. He just kept walking around aimlessly. Oil change took 5 hours. Glitch made me put 2 stars would give 0

I dropped my car off early sat morning, I didn't receive any updates about my car. I didn't get my car back until the afternoon the next day for an oil change, car inspection, and brake check.

I was able to have my tire need promptly attended to at a very reasonable price. The associate, who was very busy at the time, took time to make sure of what my needs were.
