Done as scheduled

On October 16th, I called and scheduled a 10am appointment for October 17th for vehicle service. The 10am appointment on October 17th time was not honored. I fell in line behind everyone else ahead of me. My vehicle was driven to the garage bay at 11:30am for a 10am scheduled appointment. I learned from this experience not to schedule an appointment for vehicle service with NTB. The service completed appears to be good.

Friendliness and knowledge of the workers!!

4 visits to have brakes replaced. brake pedal needed to be be pumped and went to floor. last visit was told they could not fix the problem and to take to dealer. replaced master cylinder. problem resolved.

The quality of service I get from this location is wonderful. I have been going there for years and only had a problem with one of the managers and he was always rude, I hated it if I went in and he waited on me once he was transferred to the store on Sands Dr this store is the only one I go to now. The management team there now is awesome.
