unfortunately i was not able to get everything i intended to get fixed on this day. (not anyone's fault), i just needed additional services for my vehicle i would need to address elsewhere. Megan was my associate at the Battleground Avenue location and she was wonderful. She gave me realistic price ranges and wait times which i appreciated. She was also pleasant to chat with and went out of her way to find solutions to my problems. She also pushed for information from the mechanics so i could fully understand what was going on with my vehicle. Because of Megan I did not feel like I wasted my time because i could not complete service and felt like i left with valuable information. Thanks again Megan!!

Mattew the stand manager from Winston-Salem, cleared up years of why I didn't receive a MILITARY DISCOUNT!!! I spent 1000s of dollars at this location, Billy (ex manager) told me "We don't do that anymore". I SPENT MONEY ON TIRES again, Darren(ex-manager, ) said I WILL " HOOK ME UP" and MADE ME FEEL like he did something good for a loyal customer. T turns out when you get you copy, it just says discount, I AM VERY UPSET, COMABT VET, RETIRED CAPTAIN, STILL DOD ACTIVE. Please pass this up the chain. please call me 336-362-5894 to discuss how I was robbed of my discount. Please give Matthew a raise, he wrong a right that has been going on for years.

Darren is a terrific ambassador for ntb. He did a great job helping me get checked in and taken care of. If all your employees were as good as Darren, you would be the best in the industry.
