I've always had an excellent experience with this particular NTB location. Highly recommend them.

Today I brought my vehicle because the tire pressure was low. After many attempts to put air in it kept going down. The guys got me in and fixed the leak and we’re very busy but helped me tremendously.

They fixed my flat for free because I bought my tires from them. A nice little bonus!!

Associates were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Options and pricing was explained up front. Services were completed within the estimated timeframe.

Jay, Billy and Jackson were all great in figuring out a code and repairs. Another shop said it was the fuel pump etc.. .to the tune of $1800.....in fact it was not the fuel pump. Scare tactics didn't work. Billy took the time with his team to figure out exactly what was wrong and I truly appreciate it.

Manager Darrin Bittle makes the difference. His attitude, his demeanor, his friendliness together with his ability to explain services needed means a lot to customers. Darrin goes the extra mile in this customer's observation. This is about the 4th time I have had a vehicle serviced at this NTB. Very satisfied customer.
