Tony & his crew were awesome. Went in to have a tire checked. They showed me what was wrong, gave a suggestion, ordered the tires & notified me when they arrived. Their service was the best I've ever received. Would definitely recommend them. Will be back. ❤️

Called two other vendors before scheduling appointment. One didn't even answer the phone; the other quoted a higher price. When I called NTB, the person who answered was friendly and positive toward getting my job done. Arrived on time for appointment; same person as on phone met me, appeared to remember our phone conversation and booked me in promptly for the service. Same person (sorry, I do not remember his name) returned to me later and updated me as to what to expect for completion of the work. Upon check-out, he was very gracious for my business as a first-time customer and he let me know that NTB appreciated and valued me as a customer. I was impressed with his enthusiasm and kindness.

All was done within the time given to me.
